if i have a magnaflow catback which headers n y pipe should i get?

No seriously, if you want to keep your magnaflow as it is, you'll have to go with shorty headers, if you're ok with chopping a bit of your cat back off, you can go with long tubes and a Y pipe to match. Other than that, it's really what you can afford. Remeber, a more expensive header will fit better than a cheaper one and if it's tuned/equal-length it will make more torque as well.
