When I was driving my '69 427 around Portland back in 1980/81 I kept my parents rural address on my license so I wouldn't have to deq my car.

so there's not a DMV near you? why don't you have to have your cars deq'd cuz your rural?

We're out of the zone man,we gots lots of clean air and no smog up here in da hills.
Burning yard debris is legal out here too but not for you flatlanders.

Deq testing only goes out as far as Battle Ground and no there's no DMV out here anywhere,folks have to go into Vancouver.
