prolly ur rear o2's acting up. if the back half of the pipe gets messed with they can give funny temp readings. get ur codes read. i bet its o2

Also, with LT's, if you did a catted ypipe the rear o2s can still give a light eventually. on my mustang i had a high flow cat xpipe, and about a month after my LT install the light came on
