I have a 94 Z-28 and i am having problems with the windshield wipers. They worked fine until it rained real hard one day, now everytime the turn the wiper switch to the off position the blades stop at the top of the window instead of the bottom, anyone know what would cause this? thanks.

 

sounds like something is stopping it from a full range of motion. did u check the arms to make sure nothing is blocking it?

 

sounds like the park lever or switch inside the motor assembly
