As for me I usualy useHavoline, but right now I'm using Valvoline... full synthetic ATW!

My car has never seen anything other than royal purple since day 1, thats all the previous owner used and thats all i plan on using. Runs beautifully.

10 W 30.....And regular filter & oil changes.[sm=gears.gif] Plus I use a 2qt Delco filter to up my capicity to six qts.

yes i use royal purple, its good, it does give better gas mileage and its worth the money trust me

I ****in love Royal Purple, I checked the block and they're not lying, after two oil changes I recorded dramaticly better revs, cleaner emissions, and my economy improves a slight bit, but that is sorta offset due to Premium Octane and an aggressive tune.

Stock weight right now, not to bad, about 7 bucks a quart with tax, needs about five or so, and a Bosch Filter. Only Bosch for my Import murderer...

i generally use k&n(if i can find one in stock) or mobil 1, dont use fram, worst filters on the planet, unless you like higher oil psi

ive seen reviews of different oil filters and delco seems to make the best filters, so thats what i use.

as for oil, my car is right at 16k miles now, i bough it at 9700 miles a year ago. when i bought it i put in Mobile 1. at 15k miles i put in royal purple.

I use mobil 1 fully synthetic 10W30 in my camaro's and my truck with Wix filters.....never ran anything else
