Default what causes this

okay fellas I have a 89 camaro and the front tires rub the inner fender on both sides but mostly on the right side and it only does it while i'm going slow. what would cause this to happen and is it dagerous. i'm new to camaros and could really use some help.

Tires too wide or wheels with wrong offset. It could be dangerous if the tires rub enough to get chewed up and you wind up with a blow out.

so i took a closer look at it today and notice it's only the drivers side that rubs. i still have the stock rims but i believe its the tire since both of the front tires are two different brands i figure the one on the drivers side must run slightly larger
