Question what is the best for 1986

Hello

I JUST bought my first camaro. Its a 1986. I was just surfin' the net looking for the best fuel to use in it. I have been told premium but i figured look it up and ask someone who would know lol.

If you got the TPI 305, use 91 octane. Otherwise, 87 is fine.

i think its
2.8L multi fuel injected... does this help?

Yes, I would just use 87 octane fuel.

Service manual for LB9 & L69 Premium and all other Regular. But after all these years who knows what they ran on??? So just use what you want.

I would use the least expensive in that car unless you notice detonation. It's computer will adjust for fuel grades used in the system.
