plug wires on wrong plugs
Hey everyone, my friend has a POS cavellier and he is doing a tune up,
I don't feel like getting too dirty and it is freezing outside so I'm just telling him
What to do, without me telling him, he took off all the wires, and the distributer
Cap is under the engine lol he wants to cut his losses and take it to a shop and I
Don't feel like doing it lol and the plugs are in the stupidest of spots and I cannot
See numbers on the block, so if we put them on in a different order, would it hurt
The car (just to take it somewhere) I say no bc I have done similar things before
But he wants experts to convince him that it won't hurt his $400 car lol

1994 was the last year for the 3.1 v6 in the Crapalier. And yes it has coil packs, and they are numbered. Standing in front of the car...the cylinder bank nearest you, from left to right is 2-4-6. The cylinder bank on the firewall side, from left to right is 1-3-5.
The engine won't run if you have all the wires crossed, they need to be connected correctly.
