I have been having a problem with my brakes. For a week or so, my brakes would sometimes be soft and sometimes would be stiff. I tried to stop and ended up not having any brakes and ran up on a curb as if my brakes had no fluid or had air in the lines. I pumped the brakes and brakes went to the way they had been for the last week. The fluid is at full level but my seal on my master cylinder cap is torn and distorted to where it will not get a good seal. I'm thinking that this could be a reason. Ole red is grounded till this is fixed. Does anyone have an idea?

 

Probably has alot of air in the system. Get that cap replaced and bleed your brakes, then go from there.

 

Bleed your brakes. Remember to bleed at the ABS module first and last.

 

abs is failing. at least thats what it sounds like to me.
