Intallation question...

How hard of a job is it to instal headers on a 99 3.8L V6 camaro, i can get a decent lift off the ground, me and a friend have the basic knowledge about cars... also when a camaro is " cammed " what is that refer to ??.. annnd how hard is it to install Lowering springs and shocks ? i dont wanna pay a ****load for a shop to do it if i can manage to do it with a few friends ....

i know on the v8 cars there is not a whole lotta room under there so it was hard for my installer and he *****ed a fit and told me what a good deal i was gettin.
the 3.8L's are further back in the engine bay so i would think it would be a dog of a project...

I think if a camaro is "Cammed" it means it has an aftermarket camshaftthat gives it more HP
