Default instrument cluster ground...

Alright I posted on here a couple weeks ago and found the problem on my 67, now I just need to figure out how to fix it. It is indeed a ground issue (thanks Sick), and it's the gauges itself that's not grounded, when I take a screwdriver and touch the metal part of the gauge housing to other metal, everything works fine, so I guess my question is how is the gauge cluster supposed to ground? I looked at the harness going into the cluster and didn't see anything that looks like a ground wire, but I might be missing it, I hate electrical problems, nothing but trouble. If anyone can help I appreciate it. Thanks.......Brandon
