im having some trouble with my wiper blade
 

the other day i broke my windshield wiper arm off and i got a new one in but when itake the bolt off the the arm its still stuck down is their something else i need to do?

Meaning, she slides straight down. So it has to come off straight up. So, you are trying to bring it up with the spring loading that bolt down holder. It is more like you can bring it up by hand if you can move the anchor holder off the gear arm of the wiper motor.

You could get a screwdriver under it but do not go so deep you are pulling up the gear motor arm. The blade cover is thin so look under the arm with a tiny mirror to see how much you are dealing with.
