Ok I have been busy the past few days... My dog was pregnant and she almost lost her pups and died so after spending 1200 on Vet bills I am now ready to tear into the Camaro... I will keep you posted and I apreciate all the help.

I have inspected the springs, rockers, and pushrods on the engine. Everything looks ok which is scary. Should I take the intake off and see what I can find under there?

Did you turn the engine over and check the rocker when there is no lift? If a cam goes bad you can usally find metal in the bottom of the oil pan(use one of those telescopic magnets through the oil drain hole) or cut open the oil filter if you do find metal in the filter see what color it is. Are you sure its not a header gasket leaking? How is the oil pressure?

Ok well upon further inspection... the #2 cylinder seems to get oil about 1 min before the 4,6,8 do. I don't know if this is normal or not. So when the engine is at cold idle 2000RPM its BANGS loud from I don't know where. When I slowly give it gas it quiets down then gas it hard it goes away. As soon as let off the gas it progressivly gets louder again.

I assume you are refering to the rockers not getting oil, not seeing oil for over a minute seems a bit long, do you have a oil pressure guage on it? Did you pull the plugs to look at them, is it smoking at all?

The engine was cold... It takes about 20 mins to get up to temp so I didn't wait that long because Im scared to run it. The oil pressure when cold is around 60 then when its at temp (210) its drops to 25. No smoke plugs look perfect. Could it be the header gaskets?? they are brand new and I have already tightened them twice but maybe I blew a gasket.
