help with rust repair
I just recently noticed some rust bubbles forming on the body of my car and am going to be getting rid of the rust. However, I have never done any body work before and really only have an idea of how to go about fixing the rust. What exactly should i look out for as far as getting rid of all the rust and how to re-paint the spots to match the current paint job?

Here is a good place to start.
http://smartflix.com/store/video/17/Paintucation-Series
Video one (Body Shop Basics) is perfect for how to spot in a repair, It also covers repairing small dents.
Video two (Metal Prep & Rust repair) Is more restoration video but he does review how to combind grinding and chemicals to be sure the rust is gone for good.
Supplies you can get at. http://www.eastwood.com/ If you are in a hurry you can buy the videos instead of renting them from eastwood.
Really I could type for weeks and not give you near the info these to training DVDs will.
