The engine has a dead skip as in one of the cylinders is no fireing need help asap!!!

I have a 1994 camaro RS V6 the eingine starts good the rpms drop I have replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires it smoothed the idle out but drive it and one of them is just not working now all the spark plugs are fireing so how can i find out which cylinder it is and what could it be please help!

There are various reasons for a single cylinder misfiring, but these are the most common.
No or bad spark
Bad spark plug or bad spark plug or wire
Bad injector or injector wires. Use a NOID lite to see if the computer is firing the injector, but keep in mind even though the injector is being fired it could still refuse to work
mechanical damage such as broken valve or valve springs, bent push rods, broken piston, etc
