RE: corvette carb

It could be a Quadra-Junk off of an L88 if it was on a SBC, I believe they came in a 750cfm model. I don't know why anyone would want a restored one, 'cause from what I've seen they suck. We replaced my friend's '76 vette carb with an Edelbrock 650cfm, the 750 is too big for a 350, plus they're not an easy carb to work with or restore and get working right.

[&:] hey now theres nothing wrong with the q jet ,only the backyarders who dont know how to maintain and repair them. good mileage, nice secondary kick and can you say nooo powervalve?? if you have ended up with an early holley 750 they can indeed be worth a mint to the right person for the right carb. there will be a series of numbers on the front air horn and these will tell you exactly what its from. give us the numbers and/or visit your local parts place they should also be able to help you. be careful as if yours is a rare piece your buddy and others may try to relieve you of the carb for pennies on the dollar. need more help as for id'ing the carb or value send me an email kurt

also, if its a Holley, you can call their help line, its on the holley webpage, and by reading the numbers off the airhorn, they can tell you what you have, what application it is from
