1) I've got a 95 camaro coupe, v6 3.4. I don't know much about cars, I've done some work on coils/spark plugs/radiator/waterpump-gaskets and that's about it, all the easy stuff, so I'm trying to figure out where the common places for oil leaks are. After replacing my water gasket I've noticed for the past month black blotches ( no idea how to spell that word ) under the front end of the car wherever I park it, so it's screwing my driveway up. I've jacked the car up and had a look but haven't been able to locate a source, and last week my Oil light came on. I bought two small canisters of it, dumped it all into the car, and 2 days later the light came back on. They aren't very serious leaks, the blotches on the ground are maybe about 1-2 inches in diameter, but I dont want any leaks coming from anywhere, I already had to replace 2 pipes and the water pump due to leaks. So question is where could the leaks possibly be coming from?
2) The maro has a single exhaust pipe, and I bought a Dynomax Super Turbo Muffler, as shown, not the pipes, just the muff. ( I dunno if im making sense here Im just tryin the best i can to describe what I know nothing about ). I want to get rid of my old stock exhaust, which I'm assuming is the extremely oversized aluminum or metallicthing under the rear end of the car that i attached to the exhaust pipe, it's about as wide as the trunk itself. Do I need to buy pipes and all the other stuff just to get this Dyno Muff put on my car? And is a Welder absolutely necessary to remove and install exhaust systems?
Thank ya - Jesse Allen.

RE: 2 Questions
sounds like the front seal could be leaking.you dont need a welder, you can get an electric saw to cut the old one off and just use exhaust clamps to keep it on, however if it was welded it would give you a better seal and prevent exhaust leaks

RE: 2 Questions
I see, I might be stuck with the exhaust clamps then because my funds are kind of lacking at the moment. The electric saw is a good idea, dunno why it didnt come to mind in the first place. Thanks
And yeah, everyone's getting on my case about not having dual pipes on a maro, in all honesty i cant really afford **** right now so Ive just been trying to make do with what ive got until i get a bit of cash flowin, then Ill buy every thing I need. Thing's got 145,000 miles on it, i just need to replace stuff right now.
