Alright everyone whats the fastest that you've ever driven? Hey, no BS now, I always hear some kid claiming he went 200mph in his Geo and all I can do is smirk and say "Oh really". Being honest the fastest I've ever gone was 130mph. That was in a 1993 Cadillac Seville. The car wouldn't go any faster because the engine was at redline.

 

125 mph. is the fastest I can get my v6 to go.

 

145 mph. the fastest i have had my 4 banger. seen a few vids of ppl going 160 mph, not me, well not yet.

 

honestly, no lie, my speedo goes to 150.. i had the needle buried, laying on the pin for 2 seconds, so i cant really tell how fast it was, but everything seemed to be going by me in slow motion. it was kinda cool but kinda scary

 

Ive gone 125. That was in my old car though. went 120 in my Camaro

 

1998 BMW 540i I got it up to 165 MPH. 1990 Mustang with a 460 big block 140 MPH. 2004 Lancer Evo VIII 185.

 

The fastest i have ever been going was in my 94z and that was like 148-150.

 

115 in my camaro before it shut off. I plan on bypassing that soon. gauge in my 4cyl tacoma goes to 110 but i burried it past that going down hill on the high way.

 

About 550 MPH on a commercial jet with a big tail wind blowing. lol

 

Okay, no BS:

In the 'vette, shifted into from 5th at about 6000 RPM (188 ish) into 6th, let it pull hard for just a moment -- indicated 192.

In the Camaro, 150-155ish -- basically let it rip a bit longer after a quarter mile run on a long track. Has a lot more left but . . .

In the Porsche, 125 -- never pushed it.

And, most unique: 137 in a 1964 Alfa Romeo Sprint Special Zagato I rebuilt in 1975 (might not sound like much but it was a 1600 cc (92 cubic inch) four with carburators!)
