Default push rods

ok i dont know much about this so here it goes, how many push rods does the lt1 engine have ? and how are they installed, do you just remove the heads to do it ?

there's 16, two per cylinder. and all you have to do is loosen the rocker arms and spin the rockers on the studs until you can reach the pushrods, they should just slide right out

so i just need to take the valve covers off then, what size push rods would be good if i plan on camming it with 1.6 roller rockers ?

whatever cam company you're going to buy from will tell you what size push rods you will need with their products that you buy, just ask them
