Oil in coolant? HELP))

Hello, 2011 camaro SS L99 engine 110K mileage.
Before this finding i mixed several red fluids (all cheapest). Today I flushed the system with radiator cleaner additive then flushed again with water.
Anyway I have a milky signs on the radiator cap.

Any ideas please?)

A bad mix for sure. Head gasket leaking ?

Head gasket could not mix coolant with oil in the LS-based engines. I found that it is the transmission oil, main radiator failed
