alright here's the numbers that i've found on the engine.

the partial vins, well there's two of them stamped ontop of one another...the larger font one is listed first

partial vins:
VO 16T3F
C8F4 46954

the casting number:
3970010

I also found D129 stamped across from the casting number.

Also where the casting number and the D129 is stamped on the left and right side of the same piece there is 7 and S one on each side with the GM logo on the left side.

behind the timing cover and gear set I found 010 and G28 and on the back of the motor I found 010 and H15

Does anyone know what/where this piece came from?
