Default Need help Identifying this 350 engine.. PLEASE

I need your help in ID'ing this engine....

Casting number is : 3970010

Engine ID Code : Vo221TBX ..... Also, What exactly is TBX , and what does it mean??

VIN Code : C9F419820 ... I thought Chevy's started with a "1" ?? Also, does the "9" mean 1969, or 1979 ??

Any help would be greatly apprectiated.

Thanks !!!!

Here is a link I was given before that has a list of casting numbers. http://www.mortec.com/castnum.htm After searching for your casting number it says it is either a 305, 327 or a 350. I'm not sure what else you can do to check aside from pulling a head and measuring the cylinder width. As far as the 'C' I have no idea. Here is a link to a website with a break down of how the VIN codes work http://www.chevy-camaro.com/chevy-camaro-VIN-decode.asp Hope all this helps man!

It's a 4 bolt main.

I did try that website link, and it just tells me that it could be a 350, or 327.
Doesn't tell me the year, or what "C" means, or the other 3 letters I inquired about either.

Anyone know ?? Thanks..........
