Default How to identify a classic lt1?

My brother has a 350 4bolt block that is supposed to be an old lt1(not the 92-97). How can I identify by the casting numbers if this is truly an lt1 engine or not? Thanks.

The early LT1's were no different than any other 4 bolt blocks.

the casting number for the old LT1 was 3932386. some 302's and 327's also had the same casting number that year. Sick
