Default Engine code

Hello!

I am new here in the forum and my english is not so good (I come from Germany), but I hope you can help me.

So now to my question, I have bought me a Camaro where but now another engine is now built, I wanted to know what kind of an engine is, unfortunately, I find no data on the internet to the motor.
The engine code is 1M12037VP

it doesnt matter where your from,everybody sounds the same on here.go to www.mortec.com ,you can find all the numbers there

I think no because unfortunately the number. It is a normal GM 4 Bolt engine 550-600 hp with compressor and other Tunig share still

Mortec is just for casting numbers

What year is this car and engine? Where are you getting the engine code from? Is right in front of the passenger side (american passenger side) valve cover? If you can get the casting number off the back of the engine that could give us a lot more information. It sounds like you're giving us the engine ID code and I couldn't find a VP suffix.

The car is Built on 79 engine because I have no info
I know only that the engine goodwrench 4Bolt a GM engine should be.
