Cam for a 3.8?

ok, so i have a 1997 camaro with the 3800 in it, i wanna cam it, but i dont know what kind of cam to get or any other stuff i need to do to add a new cam, can yall give me some suggestions?

comp cams if you go to big you will have to upgrade some stuff ik comp has some 3.8 cams check em out they usually tell you what the cam can work with and if you need to upgrade the valve train and such.
