Default Beefin up the intake?

well, im looking to beef up the intake on my SB350. Right now it's a stock intake, Fuel Injection but im Going to swap it over to a carburated system. Im not interested in getting anything Right now but i'd like to know for the future so i can start saving up for it.

What do you think is the best way to go for the intake on a 350? Either that way or thinking about looking into a 671 Blower system for a street app. Im Just getting into the Car phaze now since well this is my first car. i've seen some wild intake's on some Camaros but its just so overwhelming and now sure what to get. Summitracing.com Offers a intake with a couple carbs as shown in this link. : http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku

the Modifications im interested in getting would be ; A new Intake system, Cam, Ignition, distributer, intake manifold etc... i already have an exhaust on this car, headers etc..

it's all for my Camaro Iroc-z 350 5speed trans withsome mild engine porting/polishing

Default RE: Beefin up the intake?

Another question, i was thinking about re-doing the pistons and rings.. Which way is better, Aftermarket or OEM pistons and rings? I dont think they make much of a difference, OEM to Aftermarket Pistons and rings.... i've delt alot with a high performanced 2-stroke motors, Even though i know there is ALOT of difference from 2-4 stroke motors but often in my case stock OEM pistons/rings were the way to go.
