427 Compression Ratio Reduction

427 Compression Ratio Reduction
Need some help. Recelntly purchased a freshly rebuilt 427 stroker. 454 Block with 396 crank, roller assemble etc. I removed a head because the seller was not sure of the internals since he bought it several years ago and has had it in storage since. Plan to install it in my 1969 camaro with a 4 speed manual transmission.
Found the engine has trw L2268F pistons. My engine builder is telling me that is going to produce 11:00 to 1 compression which is too much for pump gas. E85 could be an option but it is not readily available in my area. Have been reading articles about lowering compression with thicker head gaskets. Is this possible, where would I get these gaskets and how much reduction could I achieve. Also, would I need to increase the thickness of my intake gaskets to compensate for the new head positioning?
Would it be possible to run the car on pump gas with octane additive? Leaving for work but will check back. Any advise, opinions would be greatly appreciated.
