Default Way to strip windshield????

We just bought our 2017 last friday. I washed it this weekend after a ride in the rain. Noticed theres lots of build up of some kind, clear, on the windshield, wiper area vs non is very noticeable when wet. I tried Dawn and had no luck since i could see rainbow colors when wet, figured just typical grim build up and road oil. Never had this happen before. Anyone know of a really good glass cleaner that will strip all that build up and oil grim off?
Thanks.

Ya i already ruled that out and usually i just use a really mild rubbing compound and a buffer and it removes Rain X or i just use straight up rubbing alcohol and lots of it.

It came from Ohio i know that. Car was sold new in June of last year and traded in in November. Its almost like it has hydrocloride build up on the glass, and that crap is a pain to get off, usually takes numerous washes and buffings to get off glass, body usually takes just a few washes maybe a buff and its gone.
