gum on the floor

One of my friends got gum in the carpet in my camaro. ive scrubbed and scrubbed but it wont come out. What should i do?

WD-40 will loosen gum. Then use carpet cleaner to get the residue out.

It works ,couldnt even tell there was ever gum or wd-40 there
