I had the storm weave I think it was called. No cover I have found works great in high winds. One thing I did so I did not have to worry about the cover coming off was to make up sheet metal plates that I drove on top of them I connected a tarp clamp Pack of 4 Multipurpose Tarp Clips

This made the tarp held at each wheel plus the center tie that the cover comes with. The one thing the cover can not handle is cats using as a scratching post. God I hate cats.
