TunerCat

I just rebuilt my lt1 engine in my 1994 Z28 and want to tune it up. I have tunercat, freescan, and datamaster. I have ran all three and been looking at the info, but I am not really sure how to go about adjusting things. I have deleted error codes and done simple things, but how do you go about adjusting things like your spark advance? For example when I look at the "extended spark advance vs. rpm vs. map" table should I just kick up all those numbers by maybe 5 or so and check the spark retard and adjust from there? Thank you very much for your help.

No one here has used tunercat?

I was wondering the same thing. I also have a 1994 Z28 and I also have all three software (still need the cable though...).

Ya...I think its near impossible to get help with this that is technical. I have been searching and posted on a few forums and gotten noting.

I've used both Tuner Cat, and TunerPro. I like tunerpro better.

I'll look through TunerPro and let you know in the next day or two.

That would be great. I still have not found much.

I just got my cable. It actually comes with both software mentioned above.
