ya i think it is the fuel pressure regulator because i just put a brand new pump in and left the tank on the ground with everything hooked up and it still wouldnt start so it has to be that cause im pretty sure i checked all the lines for cloggs and stuff like that

 

ok i got it running and it was a clogged fuel line . so i blew it out and it started. now i have the problem were i bolted the hanger back in the tank and it wont start now but it was starting with the hanger wasnt bolted in. was there a specific way to bolt the hanger back in or whats going on.
