JET performance

Ok! I want a JET performance module with a 180 degree JET thermostat. Has anybody had any experience with either. If so, good or bad and any results. Will a powertech 160 degree thermo work better just because it's cooler? Would i need to do anything else if i got the thermostat and power module?
