Default Injectors anyone?

I just picked up a 95 with a 3.4. I got it cheap because it didnt run. I was told the fuel pump was bad. I thought it was the fuel pump so I disconnected at the filter and turned the key. Got a good shot of fuel. Next I replaced the fuel filter. The old filter dumped out some black junk that almost resembled mud. I think there was even some water mixed in. It was nasty. I still could not get it to start. I checked the injector fuses and the were fine. I disconnected the fuel lines under the hood and there was fuel getting that far. I am thinking that the injectors are not working. Judging from the amount of junk from the filter, I can assume the injectors are clogged. How do you know for sure and how do you clear em out?

I would first check for a good spark. Then check the injectors to see if they are getting pulsed, NOID lights are cheap and easy to use. If both are OK and fuel pressure tests out good with a gauge, then thre is a very good possibility that the water and gunk you found in the fuel killed them. You may be able to get them professionally cleaned, but I have a feeling that the water has caused permanent damage. The cleaner has to flow through the injectors for it to work, but if the injectors are rusted shut it won't work.

I'll give those a try. I ordered a new Fuel Pressure Regulator. A guy told me that if the previous owner ran the car dry of fuel, it will burn out the injectors. True?

It won't burn out the injectors but it can damage the fuel pump.
