Help please fuel pressure regulator P0091
 

Hello everyone I'm hoping I can get help here I've looked almost everywhere and can't really find an answer
Im working on a 2011 camaro v6 and it is throwing code P0091 fuel pressure regulator control low
I've changed the fuel rail pressure sensor and the fuel pressure pump, checked fuses.
turns on then dies only way to keep it on is flooring the gas pedal and that nearly responds.
only thing I saw was a ground I moved around while it was on. It would stabilize the car from dying
Ground to engine block passenger side.
help please
