either way, it atmospheric pressure doesnt matter. yes, high density air will make more power, but why discuss something in the way of mod tech that you cannot control? you build the engine the same way whether you want to run high pressure or low pressure. the manifolds flow the same way regardless, one is just going to be slower than the other.
