I'm mixed, I think this is my fourth post and I was pretty annoyed that I had to post to become a full member. For me its difficult because I'm not chatty I am more Q&A or do my research without actually posting.

I think the post count is very effective...all I noticed was restriction on accessing the classified section of the site...outside of that I can't think of any other instance where there was a thread that I wanted to read or attempt to contribute to that I wasn't able too....I hope your friend comes back to the site 69 I think you post alot of good info and would assume that your friend would as well. Sometimes we have to make things alittle inconvenient for ourselves to keep out the riff raff...or at least limit their presence.
