What should i know about car stereoes, amps, subwoofers, dvd players, and gps systems. I'm going to be a salesman so just some common questions that customers ask or things i should know would be nice. IF you know or work in a similar department, any advice will be appreciated!

 

You should research all the brands the shop may carry like the specs on subs/amps, what each sub can do, etc.. Assuming you applied there because thats a hobby, so you should already know quite a bit about audio/electronics, and basically over time you'll learn what you need to know from customers and fellow employees. Get a basic idea of how everything works through experience (which takes time), really the best way.

 

How did you get the Job without prior experience or knowledge? Just out of curiosity.
