Default Radar dectectors

Wondering if any of you guys out there know of any good radar dectectors that actually work but arent a hole in my wallet...let me know thanks!

They don't make what you are looking for. Buy a cheap one and you just waste your money. But even the good ones don't help much.

There is some kind out now that pin points where each cop is but it's like $2K.
I paid $150 for my Whistler 1734 and it does what it's supposed to.

I've had 3 different radar detectors. 1st i had a cobra $100, POS!! that thing was crap. 2nd was the Escort Passport 8500 X50. (dont forget the X50) that would be IMO the best buy out right now get it on ebAY for about $200 or so. Now i have the Valentine One, $400. BEST DETECTOR EVER. but costs a lot.
the escort passport 8500 X50 and the Valentine One IMO are the only detectors worth buying. Everything else is a waste of $$

I have a passport 8500 x50 also. it is by far the best one out there for 300 bucks. you can go to their website and buy it there. it works great, and you can download software updates (supposedly). it has saved me alot of money over time.............

i have a valantine and IT IS THE BEST just came home form a 1600 mile trip at 90 plus most of the way and picked up every cop at least a mile a head enough time to slow down

V1 ... only way to fly. i feel naked w/o mine.

just remember it's not a cop detector, it's a radar detector.
