Thats kind of cool. I think that a pop up head unit or display would be sufficient enough for watching DVD's and navigation purpose, and with an auxiliary input you could plug in your MP3 player and listen to music. As for word processing and browsing online, you could just bring your laptop into the car and use and aircard. Heck, you could even plug the aux cable into your laptop's headphone jack and play music you have on there if you don't have an iPod. Like I said earlier that is an innovative setup and idea, but to me it just doesn't seem practical.
