my 3.8 runs 16.1-16.5 on a good day
i think musicman has a 3.8 that he claims it ran a 14.9 ... ask him what his mods are...
the programmers suck, trust me, big waist of money, i tried one, and lost .3 sec in the 1/4 with the tuning...
