does any1 kno the wiring for the distributor to the cylinders?
its a 1989 2.8

im not sure on that year but ive got a 94 3.4L so its goin to be a little different. you can get a HAYNES OR CHILTON'S MANUAL for ur car though and it'll have the diagram for it in there. i recommend chilton's. it's alot better than haynes.

 

Follow the firing order marked on the engine. In your case it is very simple 1-2-3-4-5-6. Odd #cyliders on passenger side & even #cylinders on driver side. Distributor rotates clockwise, and u need to find the wire tower for the #1 cylinder, unless it is marked.
