fit on my 2000 V6 3.8II motor? Could I fabricate it a bit if needed, maybe a MAF adaptor or something? I searched, didnt come across anything. Thanks

man, i will fit. but it's a piece of ****. It's not drawing any fresh air from where is sits there. I went with a moroso cold air intake from summitracing. $200 and all you need is a drill bit and a drill. You have to drill a mounting bracket into a pre-exsisting hole to mount the filter. The filter actually sit under the frame to draw in fresh colder air. Im 16 and did it in my garage in 30 minutes. reply back if you want more details.

I have the same kit. I wouldn't pay 200 bucks for a CAI, so I went with that and it is okay. About its position, It sits right where the stock air inlet was, just gets rid of all the constrictive tubing, resonator, and constrictive air box and replaces it w/ free flowing tube, so yes, it is an improvement over stock. In time, I am going to make mine extend down, into the little cubby so it will pick up better air.

Sweet, so It will fit my 2000? Even thought its for a ~97. I have some of the same tubing from my two hondas that had intakes, I also have those little clamps, I will extend it myself, I want that one for the clean bend.

If your worried about the air its getting, maybe this one gets a little better air. Then again, maybe not. Its hard to tell from the pic.

does this one still use the intake resonator? based on the picture, it looks like it still uses part of the stock intake. You want to use all tubing, and not use any part of the stock intake.

yea, it still uses the factory "elbow" at the intake. why is that a problem? i'm really not to mechanically inclined so input is appreciated
