So i have a 95 3.4l camaro auto. I just got a magnaflow cat back exhuast system and i was thinking of a few more mods. I was talking to a friend who has a 01 3.8l and he told me not to waste my money on a cpu reconfiguration, cold air intake, thermostat or pcm tune becuase they wouldnt do much. He said my motor is tired and that it has alot of miles on it. close to 158k. My car still seems to run like a champ.. but i dont know all that much.. Idk any advice would help. thanks.. Ed

 

158K is getting up there...but still has a lot life left

full bolt ons still won't get you much...sadly

but it's all up to you, do what YOU want to do

Headers, high flow cat, CAI, thermostat...a tune wont get you much w/ a bolt on n/a car...but it cant hurt.
