Default sound system question

So I currently have the stock monsoon headunit with Alpine type Rs in the front, stock speakers in the backseat, and aplines in the trunk. Im getting a pioneer headunit and I was wondering wether i should replace the back seat speakers with different ones or just disconnect them and just use the front seat speakers and trunk side speakers. What do you guys think would sound the best? Im already getting subs too.

most people would suggest disconnect them, you have to disconnect one pair, and since you already have the pioneers (6x9s?) in the back, i'd keep them, but a mild bass blocker on the front ones, and let the bass go to the 6x9s and the subs. if it was me(i like club sound, not stage) i'd try to find a way to keep all speakers. but that requires a amp.
