About 4 months ago the orange indicator stoped moving from park when i shifted. Now it's completely gone. I've driven the car so long I really don't look at it anyways. Could this be something as simple as the connectors on the plate going bad or is this indicative of a much larger problem. I've removed it and looked at it. Doesn't look too dirty there. now inside the emergency brake is another matter. Any ideas on what's wrong and how to fix it?
