Default Serpentine belt issues

I have a v6 99 camaro. For some reason by serpentine belt tends to fall off when it rains. I recently replaced the belt tensioner which was cracked and put a new belt on as well. The belt didn't fall off the first few times I drove in the rain but it happened the other day. Can someone help me? Thanks.

Well, the easy fix would be to not drive in the rain.
Look at your pulleys, with a straight edge/ruler if you can. You might have an out of alignment issue with one of your other pulleys, or maybe one is locking up. And are you absolutely sure you have the right sized belt? If it's too long, there won't be enough tension on the belt. Did you feel a good amount of force on the belt tensioner when you installed the belt? Needless to say though, the belt flying off ain't supposed to happen, rain or shine.

When I installed the new belt I felt the difference immediately so I thought I solved the problem but I didn't. I checked out the pulleys and I saw that they aren't aligned so maybe that's the problem. Hopefully the part isn't to expensive. Thank you

Is it an idler pulley? Could be a worn out bearing, but you'd need to replace the whole pulley. If it's on a belt driven component, that could be a more expensive fix.

Definitely sounds like some pulley is not aligned well with the others...
