hey my car is running between 220 n 240 i dont see a air dam is their supposed to be one on a 94 chevy camaro v6
ive done the t stat and flushed the system n also burbed it

make sure the fan comes on when its warm. these cars have a nasty habit of the relay for them going bad. there should be a scoop underneath the radiator to push air up too.

You need to find a replacement for that air dam as it helps keep the car cool while moving. The fans are only there for when you're idling for a while or it's central Australia hot out.

i actually decided to make a functional grill. works a lot better.

what do you know, grills on every other car have a purpose after all..... -.-

This has been covered many times in the past. That air dam must be there or your car will over heat. The holes in the front of the car and the angle of the radiator are designed for the air to come from below. When it is there is works very well, even on 500 HP LS1s.

ok i need to find one, the car is getting up to 240 thats when my fan is kicking on n droping it to 220
