Default Rough idle & cutting out at low rpm's

Well about two days ago my car started having a rough idle and cutting out at lower rpm's while driving.Oh,it's the 3.4L,i just replaced my crank sensor and i was just wondering if anyone has an idea on what it might be.It seems to get worse when it's wet out which led me to change the crank sensor, plugs and wires. But of course it's still doing the same thing...kind of funny though,it sounds like it has a massive cam at idle lol.Any input would be appreciated,Thanks.
