Headers are headers, the longer the tube the greater the low end torque, conversly the shorter the tubes the higher the top end torque. The diameter of the tubes has to be the right size for the engine in order to maintain exhaust velocity and generate good cylider scavenging action. Power wise there is little difference between brands, as there isn't much difference in design. The main thing is that they fit properly, be made of good material, and last a few years.

Double clutching is a way shifting transmissions that do not have synchros, or bad synchros.
On an upshift: Press down the clutch pedal, shift to neutral, and momentarily let up the clutch and the gas pedal to allow the transmission gears to slow down, press down the clutch again, complete the shift & let up on clutch. If done properly the gears won't clash.
On a downshift: Press down the clutch pedal & shift to neutral, let up clutch and blip the engine to speed the gears up, press down clutch, complete shift, let clutch up.
